missingWrote a review on Dec 11cigarette stench
Unfortunately, the stench of cigarettes lingered in the room, making it uncomfortable despite attempts to clean it. Additionally, the self-check-in process felt awkward with no staff present, which can be a hassle upon arrival. Noise is a consistent issue, especially if you end up in a room near cleaning equipment or common areas.

Honest review
Absolutely loved my stay! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute stroll to the Duomo. The bed was phenomenal, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the excellent air conditioning and friendly staff who made check-in easy and stored my luggage after I checked out. Clean and cozy room made the experience even better!

The spacious triple room featured an exceptionally comfy bed, while the immaculate bathroom was attended to daily. Location was a true highlight, only a 10-minute walk to the Duomo and near local transport, making it easy to explore. However, I experienced noise disturbances in room number one and found breakfast options to be limited. Despite these downsides, the friendly staff and convenience of nearby amenities made the trip worthwhile.

Couples might find it cozy
It’s more like an apartment than a hotel , but I liked that it was quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic bathroom-bigger than most places I’ve been to-and the A/C was whisper quiet, what a rarity!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

The breakfast was awesome and definitely worth the price, and the room was super clean and comfy! I loved chilling out in the cozy common area and also enjoyed the garden during my stay. The only bummer was that the self-check-in setup felt a bit awkward at first, but the staff was responsive over WhatsApp. 😊
